Fælles om Højvangen
For the first Creative Summerclub, I prepared two activity sheets, where the kids and teens could colour and draw in details,
On the left: “Design delicious ice creams”
On the right: “Design your own football logo”
We also painted with watercolour on different types of paper and on canvas, as well as mussel shells.

I worked at the housing-social initiative “Fælles om Højvangen” on a project about adding different kinds of signage to the neighbourhood.
Soon after I started, I started to get involved (and involve myself) in some of the other activities going on, joining my colleagues in both interior decoration projects and creating activities for children during the summer holidays.
To the left you see the introductory image I made for myself. It was printed in the neighbourhood news letter.
The Club
As I was in-house over the summer, my colleagues and I came up with the idea of me making a creative summerclub for the kids and teens in the neighbourhood.
It was not only a way for me to work with people, but also the perfect project to start off our new youth-oriented social media account with.
I made a few different instagram-ready info cubes about my summer club and posted them.
My colleague and I also posted about the furnishing of the new “hangout room” that we were making, and planned to post about upcoming events on the platform.
